Work environment

Whether you're on a touring or resident show, or at a training session or workshop in Montreal, you'll be exposed to an incredible variety of cultures and nationalities and feel a strong sense of camaraderie and support.

As a Cirque du Soleil performer, you will be a part of the greater artistic community, enjoying privileged access to the world outside of Cirque, with invitations to gala premieres, VIP tours and even the occasional celebrity meet-and-greet.

On tour, when there are opportunities to visit between shows we usually make an effort to conduct an exchange. This gives our artists a chance to see other performances, meet other artists and appreciate the diversity of the organization. Exchanges are sometimes paid for entirely by the tour, but in most cases, each person pays a small part of the costs.

Several of our resident shows are performing in Las Vegas. With this in mind, social activities are organized to enable artists to meet up, get to know each other and share their experiences.
