He is currently the Artistic Director of professional choir Les Rugissants and the St. Lambert Choral Society. Xavier is often invited to give vocal workshops, as well as lead choral and orchestral concerts as a guest conductor across the globe. He has won several awards for the quality of his artistic work.
Xavier has worked as a Talent Scout for Cirque du Soleil since June 2017.
